I have never known the healing power of nature to be more true then when I was gardening everyday. There was something special about physically connecting to the earth beneath my bare feet.
The health and healing benefits of spending time in nature is nothing new - it is inherent knowledge that we have in every cell of our body, whether we are aware of it consciously or subconsciously.

We have become deficient in this energy emitted from the earth, the source of the grounding free electrons, due to covering the earth with concrete, wearing shoes, and living in high-rises. This documentary is a great reminder how important it is to spend time in nature and place our bare feet in the soil.
