A delicious sweet treat perfect for summer!
If you are avoiding cacao you can easily substitute for carob powder.
Peel and slice 2 ripe bananas and freeze for at least 20mins.
Whisk together the remaining ingredients* and drizzle on top of the frozen banana slices.
Place in freezer and let set for 10-15mins.
Garnish with shredded coconut and enjoy!
Make sure to use organic, natural orange oil. I used the Simply Organic brand.
This chocolate icing is very versatile and can be used with many other superfoods. Instead of maca you can try: chaga powder, spirulina, or ashwagandha!
