Soup: 2C butternut squash 1/2 avocado 2T parsley, packed 2T green onion 2t ginger, fresh 1t graham masala 1T lemon juice 1 date 1/4t sea salt 1 1/2C water 1/2t cinnamon pinch of cayenne
Combine ingredients in Vitamix and blend until smooth and warm (approx. 2Mins). Enjoy topped with cashew sour cream and chives.
