"There are so many benefits to taking Shawna's raw food chef course. The whole thing was packed with tasty and healthy recipes that you get to eat. Along with that comes the fundamental principles that give flexibility to any recipe. "We used to think we had a healthy diet, but then after talking with Shawna we began to eliminate a lot of things from our diet that could have had a long term negative effect on our health. We began to eat a much more natural unprocessed diet: lots of greens, vegetables, beans, nuts, fruits and we started including more raw living foods.
